Digital business models threaten to replace their analog precursor in more and more industries. In their study "Leading a Digical Transformation" Bain analyzed the development of round about 300 companies from different branches. After talking to numerous leaders Bain's digitalization experts arrived to a different solution: The future of business is not digital but "digical". Digital and physical business models grow together and will force companies to change fundamentally over the next ten years.
