The work and the people were a big draw to me from the first info session I attended! All the consultants who came to my school for recruiting were sharp and friendly and felt like folks I'd want to work with.
Do you feel like you can do impactful work at Bain? What opportunities excite you?
I think the work we do at Bain incredibly impactful. Its been awesome to see our work presented to senior leaders and be in the meeting as they use our analysis to inform what they do next.
Share some of your favorite work (personal or professional) you’ve done while at Bain.
I've had the opportunity to work on some education related cases for both a non-profit and a university which was a blast. It was awesome to see how my skills as a consultant could translate to impact beyond an income statement.
