I studied Politics, Philosophy, and Economics in university for two years before becoming a business student. In my second year of university, I was part of the first ever CREW cohort in 2023, which introduced me to Bain's local staffing model and tight-knit teams. After that I was an ACI in 2024 and came back in 2025 as an AC!
How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
When I had a recruiting dinner with the Bainies who were facilitating CREW, I knew I could see myself working here. Hearing about the local staffing model was a big driver for me as I like to build relationships over time and see people over and over again. It also helped that we were able to have a really good time talking about our interests outside of work as well!
Share some of your favorite work (personal or professional) you’ve done while at Bain.
I've loved being able to play a big part in recruiting from Ivey / Western, especially as someone who grew up outside of the GTA and didn't know much about business before university. It's really gratifying to be able to share the information that I pieced together as an undergrad with future Bainies.
