How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?

The number one thing that I wanted to prioritize when looking for a firm to join was the people with whom I'd be working. Every single person I met during the recruiting process was so intelligent, friendly, and really epitomized the Bain culture in a way that made me really excited to join after business school - and continues to be the thing I love most about working here!

Do you feel like you can do impactful work at Bain? What opportunities excite you?

One of the things I love most about the work we do is the opportunity to work with companies of all shapes and sizes. I've been able to work with massive, global corporations to smaller, regional companies. Across all of them, I am always excited by the opportunity to work closely alongside our clients and build something together. It's great to see the Bain teamwork mentality extend just as strongly to our client teams!

Share some of your favorite work (personal or professional) you’ve done while at Bain.

One of my favorite things that I'm involved in within Bain outside of case work (an "extra 10" as well call them) is Kellogg MBA recruiting. I love getting to talk to students about why they are interested in Bain, share my experiences, and give them insights into what it's like to be a Bainie.
