KC George is a member of our Full Potential Transformation, Mergers & Acquisitions and Healthcare & Life Sciences practices.
KC's core expertise is in large-scale transformation and post-merger integration across industries, with particular emphases on organization design, leadership, change management and capability-building.
She also has deep experience in healthcare, advising clients across pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, medtech and private equity. Her work has covered a broad range of topics, including customer strategy, commercial execution and organization design for launch and mature products.
Prior to joining Bain in 2009, KC worked in product innovation for Visa Inc., as well as for the State of California.
She holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, as well as bachelor's degrees in economics and international relations from Stanford, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
