Manel Oliva-Trastoy is a member of our Consumer Products and Healthcare and Life Sciences practices.
He works with French and international clients on strategy issues, including brand growth (innovation, media, point-of-sale execution) and organizational transformation.
Manel has more than 10 years of experience in consulting. He initially joined a major US consulting firm in 2008 as a consultant, where he took part in numerous projects in the consumer and healthcare sectors. He also led its LGBT network in Europe before joining Danone in 2016 as the group’s transformation director for growth and innovation.
Manel joined us in October 2019 and was promoted to partner in January 2021. He also coordinates all Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives in the Paris office.
He holds a master's in biochemical engineering from INSA Toulouse, as well as a Ph.D. in genotoxicology/oncology from Université Paris-Sud and an MBA with distinction from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
