Matt is a member of our Media & Entertainment and Mergers & Acquisitions practices. 

He has over 10 years of consulting experience across the Americas and Asia-Pacific, with most of his work focused in North America. He primarily advises media and entertainment companies on strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale transformation programs—particularly merger integrations. His recent case work spans the music, film, television, sports, and location-based entertainment sectors.

Matt also has deep expertise in cost transformation, operating model design, organizational structure, and cultural change. Before joining Bain, he worked at a top talent agency and a media financing company.

He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University. Outside of work, he is passionate about travel, cooking, and spending time with his family and pets.
