Ruta Luobikyte is a member of our Vector^SM practice. She currently leads the Innovation & Design hub in the Middle East, contributing critical expertise and leadership to the region.

In her role, Ruta specializes in digital product development, customer experience transformation, and innovation strategy. She brings cross-industry expertise that helps clients achieve sustainable growth. With over 10 years of experience in strategy and innovation consulting, Ruta excels at developing new business propositions and fostering a culture of innovation within corporate environments.

Prior to joining us, Ruta worked as a consultant at another top firm and holds a degree from Trinity College Dublin.
