Tanguy Morin

Tanguy Morin is the head of our Southeast Asia Agribusiness practice. He is also a core member of our Energy and Natural Resources practice.

Tanguy is also an active member of our Performance Improvement, Strategy, and Sustainability practices.

Over the past 18 years, Tanguy has honed deep expertise across the energy and natural resources sphere, especially within agriculture, and worked with top management of large national and multinational groups in Asia, South America, Europe, and the USA.

He has advised clients on such topics as food ingredients, animal nutrition and protein production, crop production and distribution, fertilizers, and food processing.

Tanguy holds additional knowledge of a variety of topics, including full potential transformation, corporate strategy, emerging market entry strategy, performance improvement, M&A, and sustainability strategy.

Prior to joining us, Tanguy worked at various industrial companies in the food and beverage industry in the US and in Europe.

He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Master of Engineering from ESITE in France.
