LONDON – February 22, 2021 - Bain & Company expands its European Financial Services team with four new hires in London. Graeme Jeffery joins as a partner with a focus on capital markets and wholesale banking; Nishma Gosrani OBE and Jeff Tijssen join as expert partners, with expertise in corporate culture and fintech, respectively; and Christina Schulz joins as an associate partner with a focus on strategy and transformation.

Graeme is a capital markets and wholesale banking expert with 25 years of banking and strategy experience with international institutions including HSBC, Oliver Wyman, Goldman Sachs, UBS and JPMorgan Chase. He has also worked with other players across the broader financial services ecosystem, such as market infrastructure and fintech companies. Graeme brings extensive transformation expertise within performance improvement, customer experience and managing economic crime risk.

Nishma has 18 years of Big Four consulting experience in designing and deploying strategic people initiatives. Her breadth of expertise spans all facets of human capital transformation, the future of work, workforce strategies, capital markets and asset management. Nishma is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion in banking. This led to her receiving an OBE in Her Majesty’s 2020 New Year Honours List for services to Diversity and Inclusion, for pioneering gender pay gap reporting and the subsequent changes to the Equality Act. Nishma has also been listed in the Financial Times' Top 35 Future Leader List and appointed a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Jeff has more than 15 years of consulting experience working with financial services institutions globally, advising business leaders on how to successfully transform their organisations and develop new innovative business models. He brings extensive expertise within strategy, innovation, fintech, and building digital ventures. Prior to joining Bain & Company, Jeff led the consulting business at 11:FS. He is an active member of the global fintech community, chairs a UK-based fintech forum, and sits on the board of a North American fintech.

Christina has more than two decades of experience in consulting and financial services with global expertise in strategy and transformation at HSBC, Marsh & McLennan and other global consultancies. She led multiple programmes across retail and corporate banking, investment banking and insurance with a focus on building agile teams, designing and implementing target-operating models across middle and back office operations, and digital business unit strategy.
