I graduated from Oregon State University and joined Bain & Company in 2022. Since then, I've had the opportunity to work across a variety of recruiting efforts, supporting both undergraduate and MBA candidates. I've also partnered closely with several of Bain’s programs, including CK, BEL, CREW, ADvantage, ACI, and SA recruiting. It's been incredibly rewarding to help connect talented individuals with opportunities to launch and grow their careers at Bain.
What advice would you give a candidate interested in recruiting for consulting?
My advice for anyone interested in consulting is to start by researching the companies you're applying to and learning as much as you can about the day-to-day work. Once you move into interview prep, I highly recommend practicing cases both as the interviewee and as the interviewer — seeing it from both sides gives you a new perspective and can really strengthen your approach.
