Share your journey to Bain.
I was very involved with the consulting clubs on campus when I was a freshman and sophomore. Later I also did several internships in finance, including investment banking and sales and trading. In senior year, I realized how much I enjoyed the diverse industry exposure and intellectual challenge in consulting, so I applied to Bain and luckily landed an offer.
How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
When I talked to people at Bain, everyone seemed so nice and they spoke highly of the supportive and collaborative culture at Bain. Additionally, work at Bain is intellectually challenging and rewarding at the same time.
Share some of your favorite work (personal or professional) you’ve done while at Bain.
I did a DD on a manufacturing OEM during my time in PEG. I literally knew nothing about this space before this deal, but it was such a steep learning curve and very exciting to dive into the market dynamics and understand how different stakeholders interact with each other. I was impressed by how much I have learned about this industry after only two weeks and the experience was so fulfilling!
