Hannes Schneider

Hannes Schneider is a member of our Telecommunications and Performance Improvement practices.

Hannes has worked for many of the largest global telecommunication companies. He focuses particularly on the full CFO agenda, specializing in cost transformations, benchmarking, and workforce programs. He is a global lead for Northstar, Bain's telco benchmarking product. Additionally, he assists clients worldwide with their sustainability and diversity efforts.

Beyond his client work, Hannes leads our DACH Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts and proudly champions the DACH Pride @ Bain initiative. He has been recognized multiple times as an LGBTQ+ leader.

Prior to joining Bain, Hannes was a consultant at another top consulting firm and graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
