Julie Blitzer

Julie Blitzer is a member of our Digital practice, serving as a design leader for the AI, Insights and Solutions (AIS) team.

She has over 15 years of experience in UX, service design and product innovation, helping organizations design and launch digital, physical and omnichannel products across B2C, B2B and enterprise environments. Julie advises organizations on design strategy and innovation, helping leaders leverage emerging technologies—particularly generative AI—into differentiated products, services and customer experiences. Her work spans future visioning, product and experience design, and the development of go-to-market approaches that bring new concepts to life. She also supports clients in building design capabilities, operating models and teams that sustain innovation over time.

Julie is a frequent lecturer at design schools in Milan, including Domus Academy, NABA and SPD. Prior to joining us, she was help scale the IoT, UX & Service practice for a global multidisciplinary design firm and worked at several startups that later had successful exits based on her design work. Julie holds a Master’s Degree in Interaction Design from Domus Academy and a B.A. in Government from Claremont McKenna College.
