Riccardo Terruzzi

Riccardo Terruzzi is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources practice with more than 10 years of management consulting experience across Europe and the Middle East.

Riccardo’s expertise involves energy and oil&gas industries across the different steps of the value chain, including engineering, procurement and construction services.

He primarily advises clients on performance improvement and transformation programs, new operating models and change management initiatives. His recent work includes full potential transformation for a leading international oil company to follow energy transition, biofuels market assessment, and new operating model for an O&G engineering company. He has also led diligence efforts for various private equity funds.

Riccardo holds a PhD in industrial engineering and management from Politecnico di Milano and he was a visiting researcher at the Imperial College London. His main areas of research were innovation management and open innovation.

He is a certified Professional Scrum Master.
