Vandana Radhakrishnan

Vandana Radhakrishnan is a member of our Consumer Products and Private Equity practices.

Over the last 25 years, Vandana has worked with consumer companies across the food and beverage, personal care, beauty and luxury goods industries. She works with clients to develop long-range strategy and digital and technology roadmaps, as well a range of organizational and operational topics. She has particular depth in M&A, having conducted due diligence and post-acquisition value creation programs with 300+ companies across the consumer landscape globally. 

Vandana has worked in Bain's New York and Mumbai offices, with experience leading key promotion committees within our New York office. 

She received her BA with honors from Wellesley College and her MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. In her personal time, Vandana serves on multiple boards including Uncommon Schools and the New York board of UNICEF. She lives in New York City with her husband and three children.
