We invite incoming MBA candidates who identify as women to apply for the Lead to Inspire Fellowship. Available to those studying at an EMEA-based school, this opportunity is designed to support your journey by connecting you with Bain Consultants and providing you with development opportunities.

How to apply for this program
We invite incoming MBA candidates who identify as women, are starting their MBA in Fall 2026 at eligible EMEA schools, and are interested in a summer internship in one of our offices to apply for the Lead to Inspire Fellowship.

Applications for the Lead to Inspire Fellowship are now open and will close on June 25, 2026, with final selections announced by end of July. The program runs from July 2026 to February 2027. To apply, please submit the following:

As part of your application, you will also be asked to select three offices you are interested in — please note this will not impact any future position applications.

Which schools are eligible to apply for the Lead to Inspire Fellowship?
At this time, you must be admitted to one of the schools below to apply to the Lead to Inspire Fellowship.

How do I apply?
Please prepare your CV and your GMAT/GRE score and submit your application through our online portal. When you apply, you will be asked to choose three offices you are interested in. Please note that this will not impact any future position applications.

What is the selection process?
We accept Lead to Inspire Fellowship applications up until June 25, 2026. Final selections will be announced by the end of July. To participate, you must be admitted to one of the MBA programs on our eligible schools list.

If I am not invited to be part of the program, does that also mean I will not be invited to interview for a position at Bain?
We have limited spots for this program, so we are unable to invite everyone who applies. Therefore we encourage you to apply for a position regardless of the outcome of your application.
