Alice Leonard

Alice Leonard is a leader in our global Strategy practice. She currently leads our Innovation and Business Building solution, Next, focused on helping companies innovate, grow, and rapidly scale while building sustained competitive advantage. Our Next work spans innovation strategy and organizational systems to support them in growth-led transformations, including taking bold new products and ventures from seed to scale.

Alice is a thought leader within Bain on a broad set of Strategy topics, with extensive expertise in Business Strategy, Founder's Mentality, Engine 2, digital strategy and strategic planning. She has served clients in financial services, consumer products, retail, healthcare and technology. She is currently based in our Boston office and has also worked out of the Chicago, San Francisco, and New York offices. 

Alice holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science from Stanford University in chemical engineering.
