Alice Leonard

Alice Leonard is a member of our Strategy practice. Her work focuses primarily on Founder's Mentality, digital strategy and strategic planning processes. She was an integral member of the team that developed the research and analysis underpinning The Founder’s Mentality and leads our Bain Alpha initiative.

While at Bain, Alice has worked across the Chicago, San Francisco and New York offices. She has served clients in financial services, consumer products, retail, healthcare and technology.

Alice earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Stanford University in chemical engineering.
