Camille Lefebvre

Camille Lefebvre is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources practice where she advises leading companies in the utilities and B2B services sectors. She supports clients on strategic priorities, particularly in the context of transformation and portfolio evolution.

Since joining Bain in 2013, Camille has developed deep expertise in designing and delivering high-impact transformation programs, as well as accelerating commercial performance. She also advises on mergers and acquisitions, covering the full transaction lifecycle—from due diligence and carve-out through to post-acquisition integration.

Beyond her client work, Camille is deeply committed to talent development at the firm. She plays an active role in recruiting and has long been involved in Women@Bain, contributing to the advancement of diversity, inclusion and career development at Bain.

Camille holds degrees from HEC Paris and the University of St. Gallen.
