Dimitris Psarris

Dimitris is the Founder and Managing Partner of Bain Greece, a Senior Partner in the firm's global Financial Services and Private Equity practices, and a member of Bain's European leadership team.

With more than twenty years of international consulting experience spanning London, New York, Madrid and Athens, he has advised leading banks, insurers, corporates, private equity firms, governments and regulators across more than 15 countries in Europe, the Middle East, the US and Africa.

He works closely with boards, owners, CEOs, and financial sponsors on strategy, value creation, and large-scale transformation—spanning commercial growth, customer strategy, digital and analytics, operating model redesign, cost efficiency, risk management, and restructuring. In Greece and Cyprus, Dimitris has been a trusted advisor to all major financial institutions, leading corporates and investors for more than a decade, from supporting systemic banks and regulators through the post-crisis recovery to partnering with leading organizations on growth strategy, digital transformation and large-scale performance improvement programs.

Prior to joining Bain, Dimitris spent fifteen years at another major global consulting firm as a partner and senior member of its global financial services practice and the EMEA FS leadership team. There, he founded the firm's Athens office, establishing it as one of the most successful and fastest-growing businesses across EMEA.
