He has advised senior executives from leading payments, fintech, and banking firms on topics covering product strategy, technology strategy, new product development, technology modernization, portfolio rationalization, enterprise/system architecture, capital planning, and resiliency assessment.
Jacob has stepped into multiple interim CTO roles to lead development and operations teams for mission-critical, high-performance, resilient, and scalable systems, including core banking systems, national real-time payments, merchant acquiring, payment processing, credit card authorizations, and acquisitions systems.
He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and an undergraduate degree in computer science and engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University.
