Jacob has led development and operations teams for mission-critical, high-performance, resilient, and scalable systems including core banking systems, national real-time payments, credit card authorizations, and acquisitions systems.
He has also advised senior executives on IT strategy and architecture covering modernization, rationalization, capital planning, resiliency assessment, and EA governance.
Jacob has worked with a number of leading banking, payments, credit card, and insurance firms. Prior to joining Bain, he developed a digital wealth management offering for one of the largest private wealth management firms as venture CTO leading engineering and architecture teams.
He also worked for another global management consulting firm as interim CTO / Head of Architecture where he defined 3-year North Star architecture, roadmap and implemented EA function governance processes.
He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University.
