Natasha Sloth is a member of our Consumer Products and Retail practices, specializing in brand-led growth strategy, large-scale transformation, and marketing acceleration.
Since joining us in 2013, Natasha has helped leading insurgent consumer product brands and retailers accelerate international expansion and drive top-line growth. Her work includes uncovering consumer needs, developing repeatable growth models, and building portfolios of winning brands supported by scalable go-to-market strategies.
Natasha has partnered with multiple global consumer packaged goods companies and retailers to advance their transformation agendas, driving sustainable change in close collaboration with her clients. In recent years, she has also led marketing acceleration efforts, including the application of generative AI.
She brings deep expertise in premium brands, the infant and children’s segment, the broader food and beverage industry, and beauty and wellness. Natasha is also an active advocate for supporting and advancing the careers of female consultants at Bain.
She holds a master’s degree in international marketing and management and a bachelor’s degree in international business from Copenhagen Business School.
