Since joining Bain in 2013, Natasha has supported leading and insurgent consumer product brands with accelerating their international expansion strategy to drive top-line growth - from uncovering and translating their consumers’ raw needs to developing a repeatable growth model to build a portfolio of winning brands. As an increasingly core component of building a winning brand, Natasha has helped define the role of the companies’ ESG strategy/value proposition to drive premiumization.
In recent years, she has supported leading consumer product players in driving their marketing optimization agenda (including digital) through building their Experimentation@Scale capabilities.
Natasha has deep expertise within insurgent premium brands, infant/children segment and the broader food & beverage industry.
Natasha is an active advocate for supporting and enabling Bain’s current and future female consultants to thrive in their careers. Personally, Natasha is part of pioneering Bain’s flexible working model in the Nordics, enabling her to dedicate even more time to her two young kids while pursuing a rewarding career.
She holds a Masters degree in International Marketing and Management and a Bachelors degree in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.
