Paul is an accomplished financial services business and technology leader with a 30+ year track record of successfully leading large-scale transformational efforts as well as establishing enterprise practices related to automation and robotics. He has a proven ability to influence leaders at all levels of an organization.
Prior to joining Bain, Paul built and led Enterprise-wide Intelligent Automation for Wells Fargo, which included robotics, intelligent capture, machine-learning, light-weight workflow as well as other low/no-code capabilities. He also led large-scale automation capability with realized annual benefits of >1B USD per year.
Before this he was at NTT Data where he established and led the Financial Services and Insurance Technology practice within NTT Data (consulting experience), which served 15 of top 20 banks in the US, and engaged >20 clients in creation and maturity of their robotic process and automation capabilities.
