Wies van Eeden is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources and Performance Improvement practices.
She brings deep expertise in performance improvement, change management, and people & organization, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale transformations for major industrial companies.
In addition to her client work, Wies contributes to the growth of our Amsterdam office through active leadership in the professional development program, the industrials practice, and recruiting efforts.
Wies holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in econometrics and operations research from the University of Groningen and Erasmus University Rotterdam, respectively. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Amsterdam's cultural scene, traveling, and cooking.
