Massimo Sabella

Massimo Sabella leads our EMEA Aerospace and Defence sector. He is also a member of our Advanced Manufacturing and Services (with a focus on the Rail industry) and Performance Improvement practices. 

During his consulting career, Massimo has served industrial clients across various sectors, including aerospace, defence, rolling stock and signalling, machinery and equipment, and chemical products.
He has also led various due diligences for both financial and industrial investors.

His expertise focuses on strategy, post-merger integrations, and large transformations, particularly in the areas of operating models, engineering, procurement, supply chains, and manufacturing. Before switching to consulting, Massimo worked, among other things, as an Air Force Officer.

Massimo holds an MBA from IMD Business School in Lausanne, a Master’s in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Naples Federico II, and a Master’s in Procurement Management from the University of Rome Tor Vergata. 

He is a distinguished United States Air Force Test Pilot School graduate.
