Massimo Sabella

Massimo Sabella is a member of our Aerospace & Defense and Logistics & Transport practices and leads Aerospace & Defense in EMEA. 

He has over a decade of management consulting experience advising clients across aerospace and defence, rail and private equity. His expertise spans strategy, large-scale transformations, procurement and supply chain integration, operations, and commercial due diligences. 

Prior to joining Bain, Massimo served as an Air Force officer, with experience in flight testing, program management, and supply chain management.

Massimo holds an MBA from IMD Business School in Lausanne, a master’s degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Naples Federico II, and a master’s degree in procurement management from the University of Rome Tor Vergata. He is a distinguished graduate of the United States Air Force Test Pilot School.
