Dominik Utama

Dominik Utama leads the firm’s Energy & Natural Resources practice for Southeast Asia. 

He has more than 20 years of consulting and industry experience, with over 15 years at Bain. 

Dominik’s expertise includes strategy development, performance improvement, customer experience, and operating model. He serves clients in mining, the EV value chain, construction machinery, and consumer products. 

Prior to Bain, he worked at Robert Bosch as an automotive engineer. 

Dominik holds an MBA from INSEAD, as well as MEng and BS degrees from Cornell University.
