Dominik Utama

Dominik Utama leads Bain’s Sustainability practice across Asia-Pacific and is a leader in Bain’s Energy & Natural Resources and Advanced Manufacturing Services practices in Southeast Asia, advising clients on the energy transition and mobility transition.

He has more than 20 years of consulting and industry experience, including over 15 years at Bain. His expertise includes corporate and business unit strategy development, customer experience, and operating model design. He focuses on advising family conglomerates.

Prior to joining Bain, Dominik worked at Robert Bosch as an automotive engineer. He holds an MBA degree from INSEAD, as well as MEng and BS degrees from Cornell University.
