Dr. Florian Mueller

Dr. Florian Mueller is a Senior Partner and Bain & Company's Global Client Leader of Applied Technology & AI. He has been at Bain for more than two decades and has lived and worked in Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, as well as North and Latin America.  

Florian has supported hundreds of clients in creating a competitive advantage through Technology and AI. His client work focuses on large-scale AI and Tech transformations, AI and technology strategy, AI and Agentic use case development, technology operating model and capability building, and AI-native business models. 

Florian serves as an advisor for the World Economic Forum on AI and is currently leading a global initiative on AI Competitiveness and AI Sovereignty. He is also a member of the WEF's AI Global Alliance. 

Florian studied business administration at EBS University in Germany, Ivey Business School in Canada, and the EGADE Business School in Mexico. He also holds a doctorate from EBS University.
