About Ilker
Ilker Carikcioglu is a member of our AI, Insights & Solutions capability group. He also manages our Private Equity Analytics group in the Americas.
Ilker has more than 20 years of data and analytics consulting experience across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions. His primary areas of focus are customer insights, segmentation, customer experience, loyalty, and value-related analytics. His work straddles industries, recently contributing to client success stories in financial services, telecommunications, retail, and consumer products.
In recent years, he has built solutions that sit at the intersection of predictive analytics, AI, and customer experience, helping clients harness their data to improve customer and firm outcomes.
In addition to client work, Ilker is a Boston office champion for Diverse Abilities at Bain affinity group and a Mental Health First Aider.
Ilker holds an MA in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences from Columbia University in New York and an undergraduate degree, with honors, from the University of Arkansas.
