Max Waldron is a member of our Financial Services and Customer practices and has over ten years of experience at Bain. He is also a member of Vector where he leads integrated teams with capabilities in Innovation & Design and AI, Insights & Solutions.
Max advises clients at the intersection of value proposition design, customer experience, and marketing. He is passionate about creating differentiated products and experiences that delight customers and win their loyalty.
Outside of client engagements, Max is a frequent trainer and program manager at global trainings. He is an avid runner and a qualified tour guide in his adopted home of New York.
Max holds an MBA from INSEAD, and an MA in International Ethics from King's College London.
