Max advises clients on a broad set of customer challenges, including sales and marketing, customer experience & NPS, and value proposition design. He works across both B2C and B2B, with a focus in financial services and tech.
He enjoys building hybrid teams to serve clients, drawing on Bain's marketing agency capabilities (FRWD), Innovation & Design teams, and Advanced Analytics experts.
Outside of client engagements, Max is a frequent trainer and program manager at global trainings.
Max is an avid runner and a qualified tour guide in his adopted home of New York.
