Sarah Elk is the Global Solutions Leader of our Applied Technology & AI practice. In this role, she works across Bain's industries and capabilities to turn the firm's best technical thinking into differentiated client value. She previously led Bain’s AI practice in the Americas, as well as the Global Organization practice.
She is passionate about transforming large companies, especially those experiencing technology or business model disruption. Sarah advises business leaders across a wide range of industries, including energy, technology, retail, aerospace, automotive, healthcare, and consumer products.
Sarah is the author of Proprietary Intelligence, Bain’s point of view on AI transformation. She co-hosted the podcast, Winning with AI, with Andrew Ng where she interviewed CEOs on their AI transformation journey. She is a regular Forbes contributor and co-author of Doing Agile Right, published by HBR Press. Her work has been featured in the Harvard Business Review.
Sarah is a mother of five children who believes in possibility.
