Sarah Elk is a partner in Bain & Company's Chicago office and is a leader in the firm's Organization and Results Delivery® practices. Much of her work focuses on large scale transformations.
With more than fifteen years of consulting experience, Sarah has advised business leaders across a broad range of industries, including retail, industrial goods and services, technology, healthcare and consumer products.
Sarah's consulting experience cuts across a variety of business challenges with recent work focusing primarily on organizational design and effectiveness, as well as operational and performance improvement opportunities.
Sarah holds a BS in engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
