Scott Duncan

Scott Duncan is a member of our Machinery practice in the Americas and serves as its Lead. He is also the Co-founder of our Agribusiness practice. 

With more than three decades of consulting and management experience, Scott has deep knowledge across industrial sectors, particularly food, specialty chemicals, and packaging. His expertise spans market sizing, cost reduction, and post- acquisition stategy. 

Prior to Bain, Scott held roles at a private equity firm and at industrial products companies. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
