Adam Haller is a member of our Mergers & Acquisitions and Technology and Cloud Services (TCS) practices. He leads Bain's TCS practice in the Americas.
Adam has more than 15 years of experience advising leading tech companies on their organic and inorganic growth priorities at Bain. He has worked with technology clients across the software, hardware, semiconductor, and services sectors to support their long-term transformation priorities. Previously, Adam led Bain's global Merger Integration solution, with deep experience across the full M&A value cycle.
He is passionate about tech deal markets, having written annual articles about the state of tech M&A, as well as leading practices to maximize value creation from tech acquisitions.
Adam holds a BBA from Southern Methodist University.
