Carlos Cruz is a member of our Consumer Products, Retail and Performance Improvement practices.
He has more than 15 years of industry and consulting experience, specializing in the food & beverage, consumer health, mass retail, grocery retail, pharmacy retail, pharmaceuticals and medical devices sectors. His client portfolio spans North America, Europe and Latin America.
Prior to joining Bain, Carlos was a partner at another top consulting firm in North America. He also worked for Sigma Alimentos across both Mexico and South America.
He holds an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and a BS in finance from Tecnologico de Monterrey.
