About Emily
Emily Miller is the Head of Private Equity for Bain's Boston office and a senior leader within the firm’s Financial Investors practice. She has more than 20 years of experience advising top-quartile global private equity funds and portfolio company CEOs on investments, transactions, and value creation.
She also serves as co-head of Bain’s North American Consumer & Retail Investing practice, where she works closely with investors and management teams on investment strategy and portfolio performance.
Beyond her client work, Emily is a strong advocate for inclusive leadership and talent development. She previously served as the head of Women at Bain for the Boston office, championing the advancement and sponsorship of women leaders across the firm.
