Emily Miller

Emily Miller is a member of our Private Equity practice, specializing in Retail and Consumer Products.

Emily has more than 15 years of consulting experience with our firm. She spends most of her time leading due diligence and post-acquisition strategy projects for financial investors and has led projects in a broad range of consumer sectors, including restaurants, food, beauty/personal care, apparel, home goods, and other specialty sectors. Her work spans brands, retailers, and co-manufacturers, and stretches from large-scale platforms to smaller insurgents.

She has also worked on a range of issues for her corporate clients, including growth strategy, digital transformation, and operating model.

In addition to her client work, Emily leads our PEG People Operations in Boston and is an active member of our recruiting and training teams. Emily formerly served as the head of Womxn at Bain in the Boston office and on the Boston AC Promotion Committee.

Emily holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics and English Literature from the University of Virginia.
