Andrea Isabella

Andrea Isabella is a member of the firm's Oil & Gas, Energy & Natural Resources and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices.

Andrea's core areas of expertise is in midstream and downstream gas across both Europe and the Middle East. He has particularly deep knowledge in post-merger integration for gas transportation operators, as well as performance improvement and operative process redesign for field operations such as refining plants, gas processing plants and midstream infrastructures.

Andrea has additional experience in compressed natural gas (CNG) biomethane and small-scale liquefied natural gas (LNG) development. He advises gas operators and oil and gas contractors in business development, strategic planning, strategic sourcing, procurement process reengineering and procurement cost efficiency.

Within industrials, Andrea is also an expert in machinery, equipment and metals. He advises national and international clients across topics including strategic planning, post-merger integration, business full-potential development, salesforce redesign and effectiveness and organizational turnaround.

He has additional experience in cost optimization and change management programs, supply chain and operative process redesign.

Prior to joining Bain, Andrea worked as an R&D engineer at Pirelli Cavi e Sistemi SPA.

He holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi of Milan, as well as a degree in aeronautical engineering from Politenico di Milano.
