Benjamin Chaubert

Ben Chaubert is a member of our Private Equity practice, specializing in Healthcare and Life Sciences, Due Diligence, and Value Creation for private equity investors and corporate clients.

He advises clients across the full transaction life-cycle, from due diligence to post-acquisition value creation, with particular expertise in MedTech, laboratory diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, and consumer health. He has extensive experience supporting healthcare portfolio companies on strategy, growth, and performance improvement initiatives. In addition, he has worked on numerous consumer products transactions.

Prior to joining Bain, Ben Chaubert spent more than four years in Roche’s M&A department, where he supported end-to-end M&A transactions across both the pharma and diagnostics divisions.

He holds an MSc in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics and a Master’s in Management from CEMS.
