Chuck Miller is a partner based in Bain & Company's Boston office. He serves as head of Bain's Procurement practice in the Americas and is an expert in the firm's Consumer Products and Performance Improvement practices.
With more than 10 years of Bain consulting experience, Chuck holds comprehensive expertise across the procurement sphere, advising clients on industry-shifting M&A deals, private equity diligence and performance improvement. His client portfolio encompasses the healthcare, retail and consumer products industries.
Across the consumer products sphere, Chuck’s work centers on growth strategy for grocery and fast-moving products, with an emphasis on global strategic management and commercial investment optimization.
He is also deeply versed in full potential transformation, focusing on savings and organizational capability building, including digital evolution, as well as closed-loop approach and implementation.
Chuck received his MBA from Harvard Business School. He also holds both a BS in Physics and a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia.
