Colleen's specific areas of focus include integrations, product and portfolio management and customer-centric transformations, including NPS systems. She is particularly interested in transformations, whether through M&A or customer-centric programs.
During her tenure at Bain, she has published numerous insights on such topics as merger integrations, product and portfolio management, NPS and customer experience transformation, as well as enterprise software, including customer success and health indexes.
Colleen has worked as a strategy consultant for more than 20 years, including eight years with Bain. She has also worked in the private equity sphere with one of TPG’s funds.
She has served on multiple nonprofit boards, including at the international level, and continues to serve Bain’s social impact clients. She is passionate about diversity and leads Bain’s Bay Area Diversity programs.
Colleen holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and an honors degree in pure mathematics from the University of Sydney.
