Dianne Ledingham

Dianne Ledingham is a member of our Sales & Marketing and Telecommunications, Media and Technology practices.

Dianne joined the firm in 1990 and has built robust sales effectiveness experience across industries, including industrial services and equipment, enterprise software, networking equipment, telecom equipment, distribution, federal and commercial IT services, publishing and medical supplies.

She has also teamed with a number of major telecom and technology players to deliver results through full potential growth strategies and transformation programs.

In addition to her client work, Dianne is deeply involved in firm governance. She is an elected member of our Global Nominating Committee, previously served on our Global Board of Directors and was also the chairperson of our Global Compensation and Promotion Committee. For nearly 10 years, she was also the global leader of our Sales and Channel Effectiveness initiatives.

Dianne is actively involved in consulting recruiting and has led several talent initiatives across the Bain network.

Outside of the firm, she is the chairperson of the City Year Boston Board of Directors, as well as treasurer for Ventures for Hope. She has also advised several software startups.

Dianne’s expertise, spanning sales effectiveness, customer relationship management and product-to-services migration, has been featured in the Harvard Business Review and other business journals.

Dianne earned an MBA, with distinction, from Harvard Business School. She also holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, cum laude, from Brown University.
