Dominik Foucar is a leader in our Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Automotive & Mobility practices. He leads our business with automotive suppliers in the DACH region and is the global lead author of our Automotive & Mobility M&A report.
An expert on Operations and Performance Improvement, Dominik predominantly advises both automotive OEMs and suppliers on cost and operations transformations as well as strategic realignment programs.
Recently, he has led multiple cost transformation programs for some of the world’s largest automotive OEMs and suppliers.
He holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich.
