Francesca Giani

Francesca Giani is a member of our Private Equity, Consumer Products, and Retail practices.

She has more than 10 years of strategy consulting experience, advising private equity investors, senior executives, and management teams on a broad range of strategic and operational topics. Her expertise includes commercial due diligence, value creation planning, growth strategy, and performance improvement. She supports private equity funds, portfolio companies, and consumer products companies across the investment lifecycle.

Francesca has worked across a broad range of consumer products categories, including bakery, confectionery, ice cream, pasta, soft drinks, wine, coffee, pet food, and ingredients. Within retail, she primarily focuses on food retail.

Prior to joining our firm in 2016, Francesca worked at another consulting firm.

Francesca holds an MSc in management, organisations and governance from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She also earned a BSc, cum laude, in economics and management for arts, culture and communication from Bocconi University and completed an exchange program at the University of California, San Diego.
