Gabriele has worked with the top management of numerous large national and multinational groups across many industries, including textiles, aluminum, steel, mining, pulp and paper, agribusiness, chemicals, retail, consumer goods, technology, telecom and private equity.
He has led engagements addressing corporate strategy, business unit strategy, portfolio strategy, corporate restructuring, M&A, internationalization strategy, brand strategy, go-to-market strategy, alliance and JV strategy, post-merger integration, implementation of operational improvements in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, sales and marketing, cost reduction and shared services, as well as planning and management of IT projects for software companies.
Prior to joining Bain in 2001, he worked at another top management consulting firm. He also served as co-founder and CEO of a business-to-business Internet company in Latin America.
Gabriele holds an MBA, summa cum laude, from Warwick Business School. He also graduated with a degree in economics and administration from Universitá di Venezia.
He is fluent in Portuguese, English and Italian.
